Our boxing classes for teens focus on building strength, endurance, and self-confidence. Learn proper techniques, improve coordination, and enjoy a fun, high-energy workout.

Skill Level: All levels are welcome

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5 pm – 6 pm
Saturday: 10am – 11am
